Ketinna—known as The Home Health Queen—is an ACHC and CHAP Certified Healthcare Consultant with more than 20 years of experience. As the CEO and Founder of Priority Consulting & Credentialing Services, she supports clients across all 50 states.

She specializes in helping entrepreneurs start and maintain Home Care Agencies, Home Health Agencies, Assisted Living Facilities, Non-Medical Transportation Companies, and more.

Jeni Kendall

Jeni is the Vice President of Sales at Axxess, where she supports the delivery of operational excellence, aids global teams in adopting the Axxess Way, and fosters growth for the West and Enterprise Sales teams. Since joining in September 2018, Jeni has been instrumental in supporting the company’s growth in sales and operations across the globe.

Her four years as a Home Health Administrator and Executive Director provide her with a unique perspective on how Axxess’s ecosystem can support compliant agency operations and exceptional patient care. She is passionate about making a positive impact on the healthcare industry and is dedicated to continuous improvement and professional excellence.

Jeryn Laengrich

Vice President of Sales Axxess - Eastern Region

Jeryn Laengrich is Vice President of Sales for Axxess, where she is leads the Eastern Region for sales of all products.  She is also a thoughtful leader and national speaker  on care coordination for patients and families and care in the home.

Jeryn joined Axxess with more than 30 years of healthcare experience and began her career as a speech therapist. She moved into multiple leadership and executive positions throughout healthcare with extensive experience in strategic planning, healthcare technology solutions and patient/family experiences.

Pat is a dynamic healthcare entrepreneur, administrator, and visionary leader dedicated to elevating how home care is delivered and experienced. As the Co-Owner of Impact Home Care & Staffing, she has transformed a local care agency into a high-performing, multi-service brand recognized for reliability, compassion, and operational excellence.

With extensive experience in healthcare marketing, business development, and strategic operations, Pat specializes in designing referral-driven programs that support hospitals, physicians, rehabs, dialysis centers, hospice agencies, and senior living communities. Her expertise spans client experience development, caregiver training programs, service diversification, private-pay growth strategies, and community outreach initiatives.

Tawanda L. Story

CEO of Elderly Care Concepts

Tawanda has served as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator throughout the St. Louis Metropolitan area and Georgia, since 2018. Tawanda provides Geriatric Concierge Nursing services to seniors and families who are navigating the healthcare system and Dementia. Tawanda earned a Bachelors in Business Management with Healthcare Emphasis from Webster University, and Masters in healthcare administration from Lindenwood University. She has dedicated the last twenty years to providing services to seniors in Illinois and Missouri and being a resource to families on their journey with Dementia, Alzheimer’s, and caregiving. As a publishes author, Tawanda has written several books as well as e-books. Tawanda is also a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Incorporated.

Nora Lee Stephen

With more than 28 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Nora Lee Stephen has built a career focused on client service, education, and relationship management. She spent 15 years in New York as a health insurance Account Executive, partnering with corporate clients to educate employees on maximizing their benefits. For the past 13 years, she has served at Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) in North Carolina, where she advanced to Team Leader of Customer Care Specialists. In this role, she leads with a service-driven approach, guiding organizations through the accreditation process and supporting their success. Known for her people-centered leadership, she is passionate about helping customers achieve their goals.

Damon Stone

Vice President/ Branch Manager

Damon Stone is an accomplished banking leader with more than 20 years of experience driving growth, developing teams, and strengthening client relationships across the financial services industry.  He currently serves as Vice President and Business Banking Center Manager at PNC Bank, where he leads strategic business development initiatives and partners with local companies to provide tailored financial solutions that support long- terms success.

Before joining PNC, Damon spent several years as a Financial Advisor with First Command Financial Services, helping individuals and families build comprehensive financial plans aligned with their goals.  Prior to that, he held multiple leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, including Vice President Branch manager and Financial Advisor, were he managed high-performing teams, enhanced branch performance, and delivered exceptional customer experiences.

Damon attended Morehouse College, where he built the academic foundation that supports his ongoing commitment to leadership and service.  Know for his strategic mindset, relationship-driven approach, and passion for empowering others, Damon brings a wealth of insight to every stage he steps on. Pineiros is a Vice President and Business Banker at PNC Bank with more than 12 years of experience specializing in commercial lending and strategic financial solutions for growing businesses. Mabel has extensive experience supporting businesses with $1MM to $10MM in annual revenue, delivering tailored lending solutions including working capital lines of credit, owner‑occupied real estate financing, equipment loans, and cash‑flow optimization strategies. Recognized as a consistent top producer, she is known for her ability to quickly assess business needs and align them with the right credit structure.

With a strong foundation in treasury management, merchant services, and relationship development, Mabel provides a comprehensive banking approach that empowers businesses to grow with confidence.

She holds an MBA in Global Business Strategy (Summa Cum Laude), earned through a dual‑degree program with the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and Tecnológico de Monterrey. Mabel also earned a BA in Administration for Development with a major in Marketing and a minor in Psychology (Magna Cum Laude) from Universidad San Francisco de Quito. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she is dedicated to helping business owners secure the capital and financial guidance they need to succeed.

Chasity Gilbert

Chasity Gilbert is a healthcare CEO and homecare entrepreneur with over 13 years of experience in Medicaid, SNAP, Medicare, and case management. Within the last two years, she has founded and leads two healthcare businesses in the growing homecare industry.

Her work is both professional and personal. As the mother of a son born with a traumatic brain injury, Chasity brings a unique perspective as both a provider and a parent, driving her commitment to compassionate, high-quality care. Inspired by the need for change, she speaks on homecare leadership, compliance, and purpose-driven entrepreneurship.

Sgt. Nicholas Powell

Nicholas Powell is a native Houstonian and a Sergeant in law enforcement with twenty years of service. He began his career in 2006 as a jailer at an inmate processing center and later transitioned into patrol, where he served the greater eastside of Harris County, Texas. Over the course of his career, he has built a reputation for strong community engagement, leadership, and service.

In 2021, Sergeant Powell moved into neighborhood policing, where he focused on community-based problem solving, crime prevention, and strengthening relationships between law enforcement and the public. He currently serves as the supervisor over the Boarding Home Detail within his agency, providing oversight in matters involving vulnerable populations, housing concerns, and community safety initiatives.

Sergeant Powell is a licensed TCOLE instructor and a Crime Prevention Specialist for the state of Texas. Beyond his professional work, he is a devoted husband and father and has a passion for the arts, including theatre, music, and film, which continue to shape the empathy and perspective he brings to both leadership and community service.
