Conference Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by Participant
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. Refunds will be processed based on the following timeline:
60+ Days Before Event: Full refund minus a $150 administrative processing fee.
30–59 Days Before Event: 50% refund of the total registration fee.
Less than 30 Days Before Event: No refunds will be issued.
No-Shows: Participants who do not attend the event and have not cancelled in advance are responsible for the full registration fee.
2. Substitutions & Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague at no additional cost. Transfer requests must be submitted by March 15,2026. The original purchaser must provide the new attendee’s full name and contact information.
3. Event Cancellation or Postponement by Organizer
Cancellation: In the event that The One Woman Show Healthcare Symposium is cancelled in its entirety, all registrants will receive a 100% refund of their paid registration fees.
Postponement: If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically remain valid for the new date. Registrants unable to attend the new date may request a full refund within [14] days of the announcement.
Liability: The organizer is not responsible for any attendee travel or accommodation costs incurred.
4. Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after confirmation.
