Ketinna, also known as The Home Health Queen, is an ACHC and CHAP Certified Healthcare Consultant with over 20 years in the industry and is the CEO and founder of Priority Consulting & Credentialing Services based in Houston, TX. Although I am a Texas based consultant, I’m certified in all 50 states. At Priority Consulting we assist clients with starting and maintaining their very own Homecare and Home Health agencies, Non-Medical Transportation Companies, Assisted Living Facilities and much more. I have mastered the industry, and I enjoy consulting to be sure agency owners achieve longevity as I have. I not only assist people with these agencies I own them as well! The fun fact about me is I have two beautiful adult kids, and I love music. I may even rap a little bit. Being the loving person I am, I always think of my clients and patients as my family.
Veronica Wilson, BSN, RN, CN, CCRN
Veronica Wilson, BSN, RN, CN, CCRN has over 30 years of healthcare experience serving in acute care and community settings. She coordinates the home health, hospice, and PAS educational events and serves in the consulting role assisting agencies and consultants with QAPI processes, emergency preparedness plans, regulatory questions, due diligence surveys, and start-ups. Veronica especially enjoys educating agencies and helping with measures that directly impact patient care.
Dr. Gail James, PhD, CTP, CAIP, CAGCS
Dr. Gail James is a licensed therapist, specializing in trauma, grief and substance abuse, as well as a Mental Health Consultant. She is a Group Home, Assisted Living Facilities, Adult Day Cares and Transitional Homes Consultant. She’s a motivational speaker, international speaker, pastor, best-selling author, entrepreneur, CEO and domestic violence and childhood sexual abuse advocate. Dr. James is the chairman and founder of Virgin Islands Agency for Restorative Care, Inc., which is a non-profit organization here in the U.S. Virgin Islands that specializes in providing mental health services, parent classes, bullying prevention, group violence intervention and care for the homeless. Dr. James is also the owner and president of Heavenly Home Sweet Home, inc. which is a home health care agencies that provides services in Florida and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Dr. James is a wife and mother. Dr. James though originally from St. Thomas U.S. Virgin Islands has made the mainland her home since the year 1993. Dr. James earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Palm Beach State College in 2002. She went on to earn her master’s degree in biblical studies in 2014 and her PhD in Christian Counseling in 2015 from St. Thomas Christian University. Dr. James went on to earn her certification in trauma counseling, grief counseling and substance abuse from PESI continuing Studies in the year 2020. Dr. James is the current reigning Mrs. International Woman of Achievement 2023. Though Dr. James serves individuals dealing with domestic violence, marital issues, sexual abuse, trauma, substance abuse, mental health, depression, anxiety and PTSD just to name a few. Her personal interests focus on encouraging, motivating, uplifting and mentoring women to assist them in reaching their maximum potential. She does this through her other non-profit organization; Sanctuary of Change, Inc., which provides services for the suppressed, oppressed, and depressed. It is here that Dr. James finds her most joy by providing free services for survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse. Dr. James is currently a member of the American Counseling Association, the American Association of Pastoral Counselors, the American Association of Pastoral Therapists, and a committee member of the National Small Business Association. Dr. James is passionate about, serving God while helping others along with motivating, uplifting and supporting everyone she comes in contact with!!
Jacquieline Marsalis - Director of Provider Account Management - Anthem
Jacquieline Marsalis is a dedicated healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Throughout her career, she has worked across all lines of business, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial sectors. For the past decade, Jacquieline has served at Anthem, where she has directed operations for all lines of business, demonstrating her expertise in leadership and healthcare management.
In addition to her industry contributions, Jacquieline has shared her knowledge as an instructor at Indiana Business College, where she taught coding programs, helping to shape the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Jacquieline is a devoted wife, proud mother of three beautiful children, and doting grandmother to two grandchildren. During her free time, she channels her creativity and entrepreneurial spirit into her boutique, where she crafts custom wreaths and baskets and provides event planning services. Elizabeth Brogdon - Senior Provider Relations Consultant Provider Outreach and Education , Palmetto GBA
Elizabeth has over 25 years of nursing experience. She is a graduate of Forsyth Technical College. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Columbia Southern University. She has a background in Emergency Medicine in Nursing, Occupational Health and Home Health Care. Her educator experience includes Instructor for The American Heart Association and several other agencies. She previously worked for Palmetto GBA as a Medical Reviewer on the Pre-Claim Review Demonstration. Elizabeth is currently a Senior Provider Education Consultant with Provider Outreach and Education for the Review Choice Demonstration. Her duties include providing education for the Home Health and Inpatient Rehabilitation Review Choice Demonstrations through one on one and large group setting sessions.

Michael Bibbins has more than eight years of experience working in the health insurance industry. He joined the Palmetto GBA Provider Outreach and Education team after spending three years in the Provider Contact Center. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication from the University of Delaware. Michael currently serves as a Senior Provider Relations Representative for the Review Choice Demonstration (RCD). As part of his responsibilities, Michael conducts workshops, educational exhibits, and web-based training for providers concerning RCD coverage and billing guidelines.
